The F95 is the X5 M: 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8, four-wheel drive, a good two and a half tonnes. Its model code is the usual BMW confusion — the base car is a G05, the M version an F95, an F code on a G-generation car.
For lighting this makes no difference at all. The headlights and rear lights are the same units as a G05's, with the same coding and the same beam levelling behind them. The models only diverge at the apron those lamps sit in: cooling a V8 of this output takes considerably larger intakes, so the F95 carries a front bumper of its own. So a headlight off an F95 will equally suit a G05.
