Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. It expires early in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

Voluntary return policy (30 days)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal described above and the statutory warranty, remain unaffected and are not restricted by this.

Return postage under the voluntary return policy
For returns from within Germany we bear the cost of return shipping and provide you with a free return label. For returns from the rest of the EU and from countries outside the EU, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

This allocation of costs applies to the voluntary 30-day return policy only. Withdrawal within the statutory period of fourteen days is governed solely by the instructions on withdrawal above: there we bear the direct cost of returning the goods, whichever country you return them from.

To be eligible for this voluntary return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: not fitted, not modified, and complete with all brackets, mounting parts and connectors supplied with it. Manufacturer markings, part numbers and approval marks must be intact. Please return the item in its original packaging or in equivalent, adequately protective transport packaging. You will also need the invoice or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package; for returns from within Germany you will also receive a free return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

This voluntary return policy exists alongside your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it. Withdrawal within the statutory period of fourteen days is governed solely by the instructions on withdrawal above; the additional conditions stated here do not apply to it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
